Mikael has been with Kontrapunkt since 1997, where he develops identities and designs for both corporate and product brands. As Head of Consumer Design, he has overall responsibility for ensuring high-quality design solutions for all of Kontrapunkt’s consumer product designs.

Mikael’s approach ensures that our design solutions are aesthetically appealing, impactful and anchored in the consumer segment. He has a pervasively good feel for detail, which he uses in his work with FMCG products and consumer identities for international clients such as Carlsberg, Tuborg, Coca-Cola and Cadbury Schweppes.

Mikael has also developed corporate and cultural identity projects for clients including Widex, Novo Nordisk, Superliga and Golden Days Festival. Additionally, he has taken charge of the development of complex design systems and brand hierarchies for clients such as Egmont, ATP, DSB, Danske Bank and Hitachi.

Mikael is a Graphic Artwork graduate from Copenhagen Technical College.
