Let’s be honest, work isn’t always a walk in the park or a trip to Provence - other times it is.

Last week, Senior Designer, Mikkel Lemvig travelled to France, to evaluate 20 students’ graduation projects for their Master in Design, at the ecv - Aix-en-Provence.

ecv is an international school, which the jury reflected with participation from all over the world. The seven jurors spent three days looking through portfolios and graduation projects determining the grades for anxious students. It all collided in a commencement ceremony for the graduates - who all passed. The jurors had a tight schedule, but found time to visit Fondation Vasarely

The jury was an impressive bunch:

  • Mikkel Lemvig, Senior Designer, Kontrapunkt (Copenhagen, Denmark)
  • Tobias Roeder, Identity Designer, Studio Tobias Røder (Copenhagen, Denmark)
  • Claire Huss, Art Director & Graphic Designer (Paris, France & London, United Kingdom)
  • Jaron Korvinus, Founder Creative Director, StudioSpass (Rotterdam, Netherlands)
  • Yasunori Inukai, Digital Business Director, Disney Parks, Experiences & Products (Paris, Los Angeles & Tokyo, Japan)
  • Claudia Klat, Design Director, Spin Studio (London, United Kingdom)
  • Benjamin Grillon, Creative Director, Benjamin Grillon Studio (London, United Kingdom)
