Nicoline leads a team of project managers and oversees many of Kontrapunkt’s largest accounts. She has over 10 years’ experience in managing large corporate identity and branding projects for clients such as Danske Bank, Carlsberg Group, Vestas, IKEA, DFDS, and PostNord. Lately, she has been managing the development of the new visual identity for The Carlsberg Foundation and Den Blå Planet.
Nicoline's core competence lies in constantly striving for the highest quality in creative processes while ensuring a smooth project progression for the client. She also guides clients through internal and external stakeholder management issues that are often central to successful large re-branding processes.
Nicoline has a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and an MSc in Design and Communication Management from Copenhagen Business School. Furthermore, she has a certificate in the course Negotiation and Decision-Making Strategies from Columbia Business School.
