Jannie Stenholt


HR Manager and Executive Assistant

Jannie has been with Kontrapunkt since 1996 and always has a great overview of everything going on in-house. Jannie’s primary field of focus is Human Resources. She is in charge of contracts as well as reporting on the wellbeing of our employees. She is also PA to our Design Director and founder, Bo Linnemann, supporting him in coordinating his schedule.

In relation to our clients, Jannie is one of the drivers behind our CCI process (Core Client Interviews), where she, together with one of our directors, interviews our clients about their satisfaction with our collaboration. This is an important part of Kontrapunkt’s continued process of internal development, and a cornerstone in ensuring that we continue to be the best design partner possible for our clients.

Jannie holds a Diploma in Specialized Business Studies with a focus on leadership and cooperation.
