Kontrapunkt spins out the innovation business in a separate and independent consultancy called ReD Associates.

The background is the growing demand from the innovation company's customers for services, which are not related to design. The innovation business will focus purely on innovation consultancy, and Kontrapunkt will continue the successful business within design, identity and strategy.
