A new strategic initiative brings design and strategy even closer together in a creative first approach to everything we do. Philip Linnemann has been named new Executive Creative Director and will lead the new initiative.
Philip’s background as both a designer and strategist is an example of the next generation of creatives that Kontrapunkt wants to raise. The appointment is also part of an organisational reshuffle, which involves Co-founder and Executive Design Director Bo Linnemann stepping down from day-to-day management to focus his talents on special projects and in particular on Kontrapunkt’s ever-growing Japanese clients.

Along with Philip's appointment, Flemming Mortensen has also been named Chief Operations Officer Flemming Mortensen.
These new changes also mean that Rikke Nalepa Olesen steps down as CEO and leaves Kontrapunkt. Bo Linnemann adds, “We owe Rikke a massive thanks for her tremendous efforts. She is a great personality and leaves us in an exceptionally good shape. She is well-liked and respected for her craft and knowledge among colleagues as well as clients.”
