Building West African brand leadership
One of the most successful brands in West Africa, the Suburban Group from Nigeria, is expanding rapidly. The core business of the Suburban Group is telecom solutions for the government, business and private consumer sectors. Among the challenges was a proliferation of the Suburban brands that mushroomed due to the exploding demands for both stabile and next generation solutions within all areas that has to do with telecommunication. The Suburban Group prides itself on high international standards and came to the Danish award winning design agency Kontrapunkt seeking for brand advisory, brand management solutions and corporate and product designs. The solution provided by Kontrapunkt has been a design programme that connects the different brands by a clear and distinct identity-system - the design supports the ambition of the Suburban Group by showing a proud, international African company. The Suburban Group is based in Abouja, Nigeria with offices around the country as well as in London.
