More ambitiously, they want Copenhagen to be a “must-come-back” destination. The organisation approached us for help in doing just that—by creating the best tourist information service in the world. | Insider infoOur research told us that most visitors wanted to experience Copenhagen the way a local would. Enter “Copenhagen Right Now”, a concept that offers tourists up-to-the minute information on everything from local cafes to cultural happenings. We redesigned the interior of the central tourist office to be an easy-access, information-rich resource for the stuff not found in travel guides. Within minutes, tourists can find the current events and locations off the beaten track they might never discover in any other city. | Many happy returnsCopenhagen Right Now is an essential component of the tourist information centre’s services, and many local businesses are being promoted through the programme.
